Terms of Service

Effective September 28, 2026

These terms govern use of penny-game.tonygwu.com, including Adventure, Practice, Parents and Profiles. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to the project's operator at tonygwu@gmail.com.

Parents, children and accounts

Parent accounts must be managed by an adult. Create and manage a child profile only if you are that child's parent or legal guardian. Choose suitable learning settings, supervise your child's use and approve only devices you trust. Children can play with adult guidance and do not need their own Google account.

Keep your sign-in credentials private, sign out on shared devices and revoke device links you no longer want. Contact us if you believe someone is using your account without permission. Google sign-in is also subject to Google's terms; it does not give us your Google password.

Using the service

You may use the game for personal and family learning. Do not attempt to access another family's information, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload harmful or unlawful material, or use it to infringe someone else's rights. Report suspected security issues privately to tonygwu@gmail.com.

You retain your rights in vocabulary, education content and other material you supply. You give us permission to store, process and display that material as needed to provide your family's requested features. Only upload content you have the right to use, and avoid unnecessary personal information.

Learning, saves and availability

The game provides practice and entertainment. It does not promise a particular grade, learning outcome or measure of mastery, and is not a substitute for instruction or professional assessment. Family-authored education packs are not an official school curriculum or a claim of school endorsement.

The service is currently offered without a charge. Features and content may change, and access may be interrupted or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Local saves depend on your browser and device. Cloud saves depend on a valid device connection and network access; concurrent or offline play can produce conflicts. Use the available export tools to keep a copy of progress that matters to you. Clearing browser data can erase local saves.

Privacy and third-party materials

The Privacy Policy explains the information used for accounts, child profiles and progress, and how to request access or deletion. Ending use or signing out does not itself delete cloud records. Contact tonygwu@gmail.com to request account or family-data deletion.

Software, artwork, characters and other materials may belong to their respective creators and rights holders. Using the game does not transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute those materials. Third-party services and links have their own terms and privacy policies.

Ending access and changes to these terms

You can stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect another family or maintain the service's security. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

Updates to these terms will appear here with a new effective date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the service or available account contact information as appropriate. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the service and contact us about exporting or deleting your information.
